REFUND POLICY

There are absolutely no refunds and exchanges because custom wigs are specifically made to fit your head measurements.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Your customized wig has a lifespan of 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance.

TURNAROUND TIME?

7-10 business days from the time your order has been placed. If your order is placed between Friday – Sunday, it will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING?

Your custom wig can either be picked up from my location or mailed out to you. You can choose the option at checkout! You only can pick up your wig once it's ready (7-10 business days).
